INTERACTIVE WIRELESS AUDIENCE RESPONSE SYSTEM
The interactive audience response system is designed to collect data electronically
and anonymously in real time from an audience. The system quickly tabulates the
information and is capable of immediately displaying the data to the audience
in the form of a bar graph for immediate feedback. This data is a useful tool in determining
the attitudes of a group of people. The data is saved and can be easily reviewed
and distributed after your event.
The system is comprised of a personal computer, wireless handsets and hardware to interface
the computer to the handsets.
How the System Works
The handsets are custom-designed "smart" units, each with an on-board microprocessor.
Participants privately register their views and opinions in three ways:
- By responding to questions using the handset's keypad for "Yes" and "No" and
"Multiple Choice" questions;
- By indicating strength of agreement/disagreement using a scale;
- By rank - making one selection from a given choice of response
Some of the Features
- Privacy - Participants' responses are confidential and anonymous, thereby encouraging candor.
- Portability - System is lightweight and compact.
- Real Time System - Data, including unlimited cross-tabulations, available instantly.
- Impromptu Questions - A questionnaire is entered into the system in advance of a session,
and spontaneous questions may be inserted easily at any point.
- Scale Questions - Vertical bar charts show average and disbursement of responses.
- Simultaneous Cross Tabulations - Unlimited number of subgroups available on video screen for immediate analysis.
You will receive complete meeting support from the design of your questionnaire to onsite addition
of impromptu questions to the printout of overall responses and cross tabs.
For session evaluation, interactive meetings, market research, panel judging, game shows, and electronic
town meetings, Audio Visual Ventures' new interactive wireless response system can be adjusted
to an endless number of applications.
